The little Cashman had his 4 month check-up yesterday and was such a little trooper. He now weighs 14 lbs and 1 oz and is 25.5" long. He did good when he got his shots, but the after effects left much to be desired. He cried all night and then all day today.....but he seems to be feeling better now. They also checked his ear and said that his first bout with an ear infection had cleared up (thank goodness). We did get some bad news though, it seems like every time we give him frozen milk, it upsets his little belly, so the doctor said only fresh milk for him. She said some babies just can't take it after it's been frozen. I have no idea what I'm going to do with the almost 6 gallons I have in the freezer - maybe that lady with the 8 babies would like it :) We're going to start trying to give him some rice cereal on a regular basis now too, and maybe try some veggies at about 6 months....his belly doesn't react well to change, so we'll be waiting a little longer than usual. I know all the other baby cousins are already pigging out on some veggies - I think Cash is a little jealous :):):)

What a cute picture!! He's adorable. I'm glad they've finally figured out what was causing his "belly" problems. Sending all that milk to the octuplets sounds like a good idea to me.

We give ours a little Tylenol before we leave for the doctor office when they are going to be getting shots. They seem to do much better.
