The little Cashman had his 4 month check-up yesterday and was such a little trooper. He now weighs 14 lbs and 1 oz and is 25.5" long. He did good when he got his shots, but the after effects left much to be desired. He cried all night and then all day today.....but he seems to be feeling better now. They also checked his ear and said that his first bout with an ear infection had cleared up (thank goodness). We did get some bad news though, it seems like every time we give him frozen milk, it upsets his little belly, so the doctor said only fresh milk for him. She said some babies just can't take it after it's been frozen. I have no idea what I'm going to do with the almost 6 gallons I have in the freezer - maybe that lady with the 8 babies would like it :) We're going to start trying to give him some rice cereal on a regular basis now too, and maybe try some veggies at about 6 months....his belly doesn't react well to change, so we'll be waiting a little longer than usual. I know all the other baby cousins are already pigging out on some veggies - I think Cash is a little jealous :):):)

Sierra's 8th Birthday

We celebrated Sierra's 8th birthday this weekend and boy was it a party!!! She had a wonderful time with all of her buddies (8 girls in all). We had pizza, ate cupcakes, had a scavenger hunt, watched movies, and had fun all around. I know I never had such a big party when I was little - she sure is a lucky girl :)

Stinky Weather

We're all so tired of all of this nasty weather!!!! I personally cannot wait for spring!!! We all did pretty well throughout this whole ordeal....Sierra didn't have any electricity at her mom's for 6 whole days, but she was a lot luckier than some of our other family members (Dawn and Lisa for example). We were lucky to have only been without electricity for two days and all I can say is Thank God for MawMaw and Judy!!! They were only without for about 2 hours, and graciously opened their homes to pretty much anyone that needed a warm place to stay. It was actually pretty fun :) I have some pictures of the kids we had made a couple of weeks ago to add, but haven't had the chance with all this stinky weather - hope you enjoy :)
